Meet Ajay

I am a physician, business owner, first-generation Indian-American, and proud Oakland County resident. When my wife and I sought the perfect city to raise a family over a decade ago, we were drawn to the area's cultural diversity, community programs, and abundant green spaces. Now, I'm driven to preserve and enhance these attributes through public service. As the owner of a Novi-based medical practice, Physician Anesthesiologists of the Motor City, I am skilled at adapting to change and addressing real-world challenges; I will use this experience to develop thoughtful, viable solutions for Oakland County.

I am also committed to leading transparently and collaboratively with both residents and government. In addition to running a successful small business, I also advocate for residents as a long-time board member of a 266-unit homeowners association. My family and I enjoy walking and biking at Lakeshore Park, spending time at the public library, and dining out at one of the many incredible restaurants in the area.
